Application
This product is applicable to being fixedly laid on th transmission and distribution line of rated voltages from 66kV up to 500kV with the use for power transmission and distribution.Laying site for instance in tunnel,pipeline and soil to transport electrical energy.Allow for high fall or vertical installition.

Application

Construction
- Conductor: Plain circular compacted copper or aluminum conductor for≤800 mm2,Compacted miliken copper or aluminum conductor with separator tape for>800 mm2.
- Conductor-screen: Extruded semi-conductive cross linked polyethylene.
- Insulation: Extruded supper clean cross linked polyethylene.
- Insulation-screen:Extruded bonded semi-conductive cross linked polyethylene.
- Block water buffering layer: Helically applied swellable tape.
- Metallic sheath: Corrugated aluminum (or copper)sheath,lead sheath and aluminum-polymer laminated sheath can be applied as metallic sheath of the HV power cable.A layer of annealed copper wires can be added as a metallic screen to meet the short-circuit current requirements during ground faults.current.
- Asphalt: Black asphalt coating
- Jacket and Graphite: Extruded polyethylene or PVC jacket,Graphite coating on outer sheath surface.
