Application:
Copper Clad Steel Conductor (ACS) is used for overhead transmission and distribution lines, as neutral messenger for low voltage multiplex cables and as conductor of Power Cable.
Transmission line: Copper clad steel conductor has high conductivity and high strength.CCS can be used to transmit electric energy in transmission lines. Since the conductivity of copper is better than that Aluminum Wire, Aluminum Alloy Wire and Galvanized Steel Wire, and the strength of galvanized steel wire is better than aluminum wire, then copper-clad steel wire can improve the strength and tensile resistance of the conductor while maintaining high conductivity.
Overhead lines: Copper-clad steel conductor can be used for the construction and maintenance of overhead lines. It has high strength and corrosion resistance, can adapt to complex environmental conditions, and can reduce the material cost and maintenance cost of the line
