Application

Interlocked armoured cable for use in petro-chemical, pulp and paper, and other industrial application environments.  TECK90 can be used in open and concealed wiring, direct burial, and in hazardous locations.

Applicable Standards

UL1569 standard, 600V/1kV, suitable for both dry and wet environments, can be directly buried

Key Parameters

Excellent flexibility: The interlocking structure can be bent with a small radius, allowing for wiring through pipes, ceilings, and cable trays
Integrated protection: Comes with metal mechanical protection, can replace conduit construction in most scenarios
Grounding shielding: Metal armor is continuously conductive and has both fault grounding and EMI electromagnetic interference resistance functions (steel armor has a stronger shielding effect)

Construction

  • Cable core: copper/aluminum conductor, XLPE/XHHW-2 insulation, including ground wire filling and tape wrapping
  • Interlocking armor (core): 5000 series aluminum alloy strip/galvanized steel strip stamped S-shaped buckle
  • Aluminum armor: lightweight, low eddy current loss, corrosion resistance, smaller bending radius
  • Steel armor: stronger mechanical compression resistance, impact resistance, and electromagnetic shielding
  • Outer sheath: PVC/PE black outer cover (moisture-proof, sun resistant, direct burial optional)
  • *We can design and produce according to client's requirement.
