Production Scope

Safety sign: MA (mandatory)
Flame retardant: MT 818-2009, GB/T 12666.5 (oxygen index ≥ 30)
Antistatic: Surface resistance ≤ 1 × 10 ΩΩ
Temperature resistance: PVC 70 ℃; XLPE 90℃; Short circuit ≤ 5s: 250 ℃
Voltage level: Low voltage 0.38/0.66kV, 0.66/1.14kV; Medium voltage 3.6/6kV, 8.7/15kV

Construction

  • Conductor: Copper
  • Insulation: Rubber, such as EPR, CPE etc
  • Braiding(optional): Copper, Tinned Copper or copper clad aluminum
  • Sheath (optional): CPE PCP CSP or NBR/PVC
