Application

Welding cables are commonly used in welding workshops, mechanical manufacturing workshops, component arc welding assembly lines, shipbuilding and ship repair plants, etc.

Applicable Standards

Commonly used in American standards: 4AWG, 2AWG, 1AWG, 0AWG, 00AWG, 000AWG, 0000AWG
Corresponding national standards: 16mm ², 25mm ², 35mm ², 50mm ², 70mm ², 95mm ², 120mm ²
The smaller the number, the thicker the cable, and the greater the welding current it can carry.

Key Parameters

Ultra large current carrying capacity: Low voltage and high current design, common voltage level 600V
Ultra high flexibility: Repeated bending, ground dragging, and high-altitude suspension are not easily cracked or broken
Weather resistant and damage resistant: resistant to welding slag burning, engine oil, acid and alkali, and sun aging

Construction

  • Conductor: Numerous strands of ultra-fine oxygen free copper wire twisted together, with ultra-high flexibility, frequently bent and dragged, not easily broken; Divided into copper core standard version and tin plated copper oxidation resistant version.
  • Insulation layer: High quality natural rubber/chloroprene rubber (CR)/EPDM EPDM insulation
  • No metal armor, pursuing ultimate softness

Technical Characteristics
