 Construction:

Conductor: Water blocking conductor, Plain circular compacted copper or aluminum conductor for≤800 mm2，Compacted miliken copper or  aluminum conductor with separator tape for＞800 mm2

Conductor-screen:Extruded semi-conductive cross linked polyethylene

Insulation:Extruded supper clean cross linked polyethylene

Insulation-screen:Extruded bonded semi-conductive cross linked polyethylene

Block water buffering layer:  Helically applied swellable tape

 Metallic sheath:lead sheath or lead ally sheath ,When the thickness of the lead sheath cannot meet the capacity requirements of the short-circuit current, Copper Wire shielding can also be added.

Non-metallic sheath:Split-phase sheath for three-core cable:Semi-conductive PE,For large-length single-core submarine cables with metal sheath and armored ends interconnected and grounded, the lead sheath of the insulated core should be extruded with a semi-conductive sheath based on polyethylene as the outer sheath, or it may be extruded. Insulating outer sheath based on polyethylene. When single-core Submarine Cable system landing section onshore cables are connected to ground at one end, an insulating outer sheath based on polyethylene should be used as the outer sheath.

Anti frog layer(optional):The single-core cable can be wrapped with metal tape on the outer layer of the outer sheath, and the three-core cable can be wrapped with metal tape on the outer core of the cabling

Inner layer (optional):The inner bedding can be wrapped with polypropylene rope and coated with asphalt or other anti-corrosion materials

Armored (optional): Galvanized Steel Wire  Copper wire

Outer serving: PP filler strip,and coated with asphalt or other anti-corrosion materials
